Refund: Refund payments will be granted within seven (7) working days (weekend or public holidays not included) after the request from the customer has been processed by management. Once installation has been completed, the customer has up to 7 days to request a refund if not satisfied with the services. The maximum amount refunded will be up to 75% of paid amount. No refund will be granted after 7 days of receiving the service.
